Open BRM billing engine

The Open BRM project is an incubation project to create an open source Billing and Revenue Management engine for use within Telecommunications, Utilities and Logistics enterprises.

Currently the module is based loosely on Jbilling, but due to the inherent problems with this platform, a replacement is being developed. This module is expected to mature some time towards the end of 2009.
